Quite often I experience the most horrendous cramps in my calves where I am in tears, paralysed on the floor, unable to stand or walk for a couple of hours. Since using adrenal switch I have not experienced any cramps.
I feel so peaceful and calm at night now its great!
I use the chocolate flavour and mix with hot water to make a hot chocolate at night about an hour and a half before bed.

I have suffered from chronic pain for years, and with that I have had trouble sleeping.
