I love this product! I'm not one to take a lot of supps but this one here has help kick start my weight loss post baby by reducing my stress levels and helping to get much better quality sleep. I love this product. The first couple of times I took it, I was wired the whole night but then my body adjusted and now I sleep like a log. I feel myself dropping into a haze rather quickly and then wake up feeling like I slept solidly. I use to have to take a couple of Panadol to help me fall asleep, but since using Adrenal Switch this hasn't been necessary - I also don't need to buy magnesium anymore as it is included so yay! And the lemonade flavour is delicious - tastes like a naughty treat, especially when you make it into a jelly! I started using this product only half way through the 60 day challenge and I was like "where have you been all my life". Working nights and having 3 kids under 5yrs old i have found it hard to get quality sleep although my wife tries get best to keep them quiet.Overall Quality
This product I take as soon as I get home and within 30mins I'm relaxed and off into a deep sleep. I don't get to many hours so what I do get I need to be quality.

As a super busy mum of 3, my cortisol levels are always super high and normally after a workout I'm super sore the next day. Love this product! Hard to find products that you actually enjoy when lactose intolerant. I have tried both the Strawberry Pineapple and Chocolate flavours and love them both. Chocolate is amazing mixed with greek yoghurt or as a hot chocolate drink. I also seem to have a better nights sleep when taking after an afternoon workout and before bed which is a huge bonus as my sleep pattern has never been the best.
