If you order is placed before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri - not including Public Holidays - then we will dispatch it the same day.
Most customers receive their supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:

After a heavy workout this stuff really hits the mark. It helps me get to sleep and my doms only last a day. Before I found this product sleeping after my afternoon workout was a challenge now I get a very solid 4 hours heavy sleep and at least 3 hours after that as restful sleep. Love the lemonade flavour. I first started taking this product during the 60 Day Challenge and found it to be very helpful with both my sleep and recovery. I have recently been on a health retreat where I saw a Naturopath (who is also a qualified doctor) and she said that I am burning magnesium fast and needed to take a supplement.
