My Active Rewards is Nutrition Warehouse’s new loyalty program. As a My Active Rewards member, you earn 1 point for every $1 spent on products in-store and online. Your points accumulate, and you can use your points to purchase more of your favourite products. Plus, you get heaps of free swag and are the first to preview all our latest and greatest products and VIP events.
My Active Rewards now allows us to reward members across all channels, shop with Nutrition Warehouse either in store or online & points can be redeemed across all stores or online. We also have the capability to run Bonus Point Promotions and so you have the opportunity to earn more points and in return save more.
Joining My Active Rewards is easy - and free! You can sign up online, or our staff in-store will be happy to sign you up while you're there. If you join in-store, you can choose if you would like a loyalty card, however you don’t require a physical card to access all of the member benefits; our staff can easily look you up in-store by your email address.
You earn points when you shop. $1 spent at Nutrtion Warehouse = 1 point.
Your points from our previous loyalty program (Rewards) are transferred across to the new loyalty program, My Active Rewards. However, as your membership points reset every year from 31st Dec, everyone will be on the new program from the 1st Jan.
It’s important that you have only one loyalty account, to ensure that your loyalty points are being allocated to the correct account. If you believe you may have two loyalty accounts, simply call the customer care team on 1300 837 785 or email us with your account details, email and card numbers and we’ll help sort it out.
It is mandatory to provide an email address & phone number to participate in My Active Rewards because your points are linked to your account. We need a valid and unique email address because all the program benefits, including rewards vouchers, are communicated electronically.
You can use your My Active Rewards points in any Nutrition Warehouse store, or online at the Nutrition Warehouse website.
No. You can use all your points in one transaction as long as the cost of the purchase is larger than your points, to the fullest dollar.
My Acvtive Rewards points are only accrued for product purchases and won't be accrued or be able to be used for shipping costs. If you spend over $150 then you can choose between free shipping or a free gift.
Yes, rewards points expire every year. Your points accumulate each year and on the 31st December every year they are rest to 0. Any points not used prior to this date are lost.
You can get a My Active Rewards card at any Nutrition Warehouse store. If you are an existing loyalty member or have already registered on-line, simply provide your registered email address details to any staff member in-store and they will provide you with a card linked to your account. Simply present your My Active Rewards card in-store so that your purchases are allocated to your member account. Online transactions are automatically allocated when you log-in and complete a purchase.
No, you do not need a loyalty card to participate in the program - you can decide if you would like one or not. You can easily be looked up in-store by providing the staff member with your email address, or login with your email and password online to enjoy the benefits of the loyalty program.
No problem! If you lose your card, you can be looked up in-store with your email address and still maintain all the program benefits. Nutrition Warehouse is not responsible for stolen or lost cards, or cards that are used fraudulently.
Your points will be added to your loyalty account approximately 24 hours after an in-store or online purchase.
You can look up your points, loyalty status and benefit availability at any time, by signing into your My Active Rewards account here.
You can sign in to your My Active Rewards account by clicking the “Log In” button, located on the top right-hand side of the Nutrition Warehouse home page www.nutritionwarehouse.com.au and then follow the instructions.

If you are not receiving any emails from Nutrition Warehouse, your address may not have been recorded properly in our system.
