I've tried many other post workout supplements and find they have not had quite affect I'm looking for but this one hits the mark.Overall Quality
Nothing has given me the restful relaxing sleep quite like this great product. The mind switches off and the body melts away.
No more cramps or twitching.
After taking Adrenal switch over the last month, I've also noticed my muscle repair is much faster so the delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) seems far less to none at all.
I sometimes take adrenal switch during the day, to get me level headed if I've had to much pre workout and coffee.
The lemonade flavour is great, not too sweet and a nice citrus tang.
I love mine cold with lots of ice.

Within the first week of taking this switch at night I’ve noticed the positive difference in my sleep and stress levels! I’ll falling asleep faster, sleeping better and feeling more refreshed in the morning. My Fitbit tracker even has me logging more Deep and REM sleep! Wasn’t sure at first how it would go but first night I had adrenal I slept like a baby best sleep I have had in a long time. I work out at night time with some pre workout so going to sleep is hard and I always find myself tossing and turning and waking up I feels drained but once I started using adrenal I feel like I have had the best quality sleep even on 5 hours sleep and is so much easier to dose off as well. This was one of the best discoveries I made during the 60 day body challenge. The taste is amazing, strawberry pineapple is my fav! Before this I could not go to sleep unassisted by the tv or a movie on my iPad, I just couldn’t turn off. You know when you are so tired, you put your head down, then your mind goes crazy and you can’t sleep. Well not any more! 30 mins or so before bed I put down any devices, have this, brush my teeth, and go to bed. I don’t lay there for long and I’m out like a light! Also the things that used to wake me, noises, blinking lights from the smoke detector, no more! I do not think I could live without this product now! It puts me straight to sleep after 40 minutes of taking it. Before I took it, I used to struggle "getting" to sleep, but not anymore :) it doesn't knock you out to the point of no return, which is great because I have children. This product has also had an amazing effect on my stress levels, I'm a full time uni student with 4 children and a hubby that works away.
