So rather than following the recommended serving sizes, I put 1.5 scoops in about 500ml of milk and it tastes EXCELLENT. Nice & minty, but not too minty so I won't get sick of having it daily. I always heard about On Gold standard whey protein. When i first brought banana flavour that was so great in tatse and all that . I love supreme chocolate is now my favourite. Apart from this it mixes up quite easily compared to other expensive local Australian brands i have used . On s gold standard is totally value for ur money from every side this protein never disappoints me when it comes to results. Mostly stores in Australia try to sell their local brand like genetic, international whey, and many more and charge u crazy amount. This is my go to protein powder. I have this everyday after I train in the morning - the extreme chocolate is my favourite. I feel like I am even more hungrier after drinking it with water on its own. So I have to add to it to feel satiated - 1 scoop of this and then I add:Overall Quality

Not worth it in my opinion, you train hard and you want some quality protein, this disappoints. Taste is acceptable, but far from good, worst of all bloats you and dont expect to recover quickly.
I recon spend a bit more and move up to Genetix or EHP Labs, massive improvement on taste and most of all your recovery time will be halved. You will be satisfied even if your spending more $$$. I feel very unsatisfied now even though this was a cheap buy and I ended up going and buying a higher quality protein.
