ON is very over rated when compared to some lesser known brands, especially the 24g serve of protein. Taste is ok, nothing amazing, it does mix well. I am going to stick with brands like International or Genetix that give 30+ grams of protein per serve.Overall Quality

Have used this Protein powder before, its very much what is promised on the label. It tastes good, mixes well. The only one I can take with water and tastes as good as milk - the Double Rich Chocolate and the Extreme Milk Chocolate are awesome flavours. Yeah you can get cheaper stuff but at $1.07-$2.33 per serve (dependent on the size purchased) its good value for money. I brought the extreme milk chocolate and to be honest the taste reminds me of milo lol. Its tastes yummy and mixes well. My partner has over 10 yrs medical experience and is very knowledgeable when it comes to reading the ingredient codes and can tell what's actually a great quality protein compared to one full of useless hidden fillers.
