So far I have tried cookies and cream as well as double rich chocolate. Both flavours taste great and mix beautifully. I prefer to take mine with milk, taking with water is an acquired taste. I have been using this product for many years now after doing a very exhaustive research and found it to be the best. It has the best flavour (vanilla ice cream, never get sick of it), mixes very well, and pre / post workout is great. Not only does it help in recovery but definitely stops the hungry feeling after a heavy workout. Has helped with my muscle gains. Can't recommend this enough, will always be an ON fan and user.
