My trainer got me onto this, and I’ll never look back. Have tried a bunch of flavours;Overall Quality
chocolate fudge (yum!),
chocolate peanut butter (AMAZING)
fruit cereal (yum!)
vanilla butter cake (good and super buttery!)
strawberry creme (too sweet and not to my taste)
salted caramel (tasted weird to me)
frozen banana (the only one I really didn’t enjoy, but I don’t like banana flavours so eh)
Never bloaty, never gritty, mixes perfectly smooth in just water and works a treat in smoothies.

Hubby and I have tried many different protein powders over the last 15 years or so, and this particular product is our absolute favourite! We love the Choc mint flavour, best mixed in water for us to get that real minty flavour and it still thickens in water but isnt heavy on our stomachs. Tastes ok with milk, but we prefer water. This protein powder is delicious, it's the first one I've found that doesn't have that grainy protein powder consistency. I purchased the chocolate fudge & the initial smell you'll get when opening the container is a sweet cocoa powder scent. Mixes well in milk, had mine in protein oats too! I love the taste of rule 1 protein powders. So far I have tried chocolate peanut butter which is godly, vanilla creme, and chocolate fudge cake.Overall Quality
I mix the powder to my morning smoothie and am addicted to it.
Here is my recipe -
50g rolled oats (woolworths)
280ml Almond milk
50grams mixed berries
15grams chia seeds
20grams mayvers protein peanut butter
And 1 scoop chocolate peanut butter R1 protein
Ice cubes as per the weather
Make this smoothie and trust me you will be in love with it and will crave it this has been my breakfast smoothie since 3months now.

I came in to the Frankston store to get my usual Protein Powder but it was out of stock. It was recommended that I try Rule 1 Protein WPI as it was very close to what I had been using, and probably a bit cleaner..... Well, I tried it this afternoon and it was awesome, the flavour was great, probably nicer than what I had been using (Vanillia Creme) the consistency was the same and it was cheaper.. :) Needless to say I was impressed and will be sticking with Rule 1 from now on.
