Delivery of orders under $150 is a flat rate of $9.95 anywhere in Australia.
When Will You Receive Your Order?
If you order is placed before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri - not including Public Holidays - then we will dispatch it the same day.
Most customers receive their supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:

I honestly didn't rate Rule1, I dont know why. But after trying them and now using them for 3 months now, I can honestly say I have taken my training to another level. Have tried Chocolate Fudge, Vanilla, Strawberry, Salted Caramel. Easily Salted caramel is #1 of the lot, it is amazing.. Like having the caramel part of a mars bar... This is my new favourite protein powder! Usually I find other powders too watery or lacking flavour when mixed with water, but the choc peanut butter flavour tastes exactly like a milkshake, so yummy! Also dissolved really well. After being very picky about protein powders in general, I was wary to try such an expensive product on a whim but I'm so glad I did!! The choc fudge is actually incredible, and tastes even better with some choc greens powder in it as well. Mixes super easy and definitely worth the extra dollars. Tried the lightly salted caramel flavour and honestly didn't expect anything special. I was very wrong. Tastes so good! Only 1g of carbs per serve and lactose free. Mixes better then just about all the other brands I've tried as well, and I only mix with water. Overall the best tasting and best mixing protein I can think of. Nearly all the lactose free protein powders I've tried have been sub par at best. They are gritty, don't mix well, have no flavour, and have a nasty after taste, and the few that we ok, had a long list of additives and sugars. Rule1 is nothing like this!! I have the Chocolate Fudge, and *gasp* it actually tastes like chocolate, and without the nasty bitter after taste!! Its smooth, there's no dregs at the bottom of the shaker when you finish it, and that's even when mixed with water! I can't rave about this enough. I love it!
