Mix 40g (one scoop) with 250ml of water or milk. Take two to three serves of 100% Lean Whey every day to ensure your diet contains high quality protein minus the unwanted fat/carbohydrate calories.

My wife and I first got this as part of the 60 day challenge pack. We started with the double chocolate flavour which was awesome. A nice chocolate hit without sitting too heavy. Then we made the choc peanut butter protein balls from the challenge menu with it and my appreciation for the product went up even further. When we ran out of the double choc we decided to give vanilla ice cream flavour a go... happened to be on protein pancake week. Now I am not a man who normally likes breakfasts, and definitely not sweet ones, but those protein pancakes made on lean whey are the best way to start the day! I'm hooked! We have to make a triple batch as our whole family steals them! This protein is not only great on its own but is awesome in all recipes calling for protein powders, and blends really easily without lumps every time. I've tasted many brands of protein but nothing has compared to Genetix Salted Caramel Protein Powder it tastes just like a milkshake. It's something I really look forward to having after my workouts. I ❤️ the caramel flavour! Mixed with milk it tastes like I'm having a cheat milkshake! I work all morning and am unable to eat until 1pm. Having this asap once I'm able to is a great start until I can get lunch. I mix it up in the morning and put it in the fridge until I'm ready. Genetix 100% lean whey - Vanilla ice cream flavour is by far one of my favourite protein powders. It’s light and clean with no residue or bad aftertaste. I generally can’t have a heavy or thick protein powder post workout due to the risk of it not sitting in my tummy, there is no risk with this product. It also mixes well with yoghurt and with cereal and for the occasional sugar cravings. I am a protein powder convert now! I was looking for a protein I could take with just water as I tend to carry my shake with me to work and straight to the gym. To be honest most other protein powders iId tried made me gag with water but when I was introduced to the salted caramel I fell in love it honestly tastes like a caramel milkshake and the consistency is amazing. Significantly less granulated than my previous powder and mixes incredibly. Only downside is the smell when mixed reminds me of penicillen but that does not affect the taste whatsoever, would highly recommend, worth every cent.
