Mix 40g (one scoop) with 250ml of water or milk. Take two to three serves of 100% Lean Whey every day to ensure your diet contains high quality protein minus the unwanted fat/carbohydrate calories.

I have recently started using salted caramel 100% whey.. its ahh-mazz-zing. Mixes really well and is nice and filling, keeps me satisfied after training until my next main meal. Most protein powders I have tried induce gas for me and all have that typical flavour of a protein shake. This protein powder doesn’t cause adverse reactions in my gut and tastes really good when chilled.
