Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC)

As the first manufactured whey form, following the creation of whey milk in the cheese making process, WPC is high in immunoglobulin’s and IGF 1-2 factors, making it a great protein source to also support your immune system and health.

WPC is also creamy in texture and digested at a moderate speed.

Whey Protein Isolate (WPI)

Following the filtration of whey milk into WPC, an additional filtration occurs to create WPI, making it yield the highest amount of protein with the least amount of fats and lactose. Because of this, WPI also has the highest concentration of BCAA’s (muscle building amino acids), making it a great recovery protein.

Whey Protein Hydrolysate

Hydrolysis refers to the ‘cleaving’ (breaking up) of chemical bonds, whereby the original form is then available in shorter, more readily available subgroups. In the instance of protein, this process breaks full chain amino acids into di and tri-peptides (2 and 3 amino acids), which helps facilitate faster delivery and easier digestion.

Milk Protein Isolate (MPI)
