I tried this about a year ago during an 8 week gym challenge, so first week of gym I lost maybe 2kg, I started taking this daily (following recommended dose with fasting) and I legit lost 6kg in a week - 6kg !! I’m so in love with this stuff - I have it every morning before fasted cardio and it’s made all the difference (weight is falling off) I have the Strawberry Lemonade flavour and I love it, definitely not too sweet and it doesn’t have an overly artificial flavouring taste which I find a lot of other supps do, making it hard to drink especially first thing in the morning. Thermal Swich!!! One of the BEST products by far. Amazing long-lasting energy, awesome body temp booster, this is my morning go-go juice. I can't recommend this product enough. It tastes great (I have the mango passion fruit and it tastes like fruit cup cordial) and has really helped me to achieve my goals. It doesn't give me the shakes like my last fat burner and it's so easy to drink and can have it twice a day, which I think really makes the difference.
