Most protein powders I've tried in the past sucked when it came to taste and blending. This whey powder, both the regular and the Edge, tastes phenomenal, I can't even believe this is a protein powder. Definitely recommend the strawberry and chocolate flavors! I bought the "Chocolate Milkshake" flavour. I mix it with water and I love how it shakes up without leaving behind lumps. The consistency is great and so is the taste. Also works well blended with fruit (banana for me!) in my Nutri Bullet to make the ultimate protein smoothie! Converting from another brand to this was the best decision yet. This is really great protein, superior taste and the current super special is an excellent deal. Don't be afraid of more carbs per serving. Carbs are important too, especially right after training. If you are really into the body fat % thing then this one is not for you, rest can just buy it eyes closed.
To be honest was using it as a protein snack with milk. Post work out I have my International Protein whey isolate.
