Shred JYM can be taken with or without food. Some people may have a sensitive stomach and will not tolerate green tea extract well on an empty stomach. If your order totals over $150, then you have the option of either Free ShippingOrGift!
Delivery of orders under $150 is a flat rate of $9.95 anywhere in Australia.
When Will You Receive Your Order?
If you order is placed before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri - not including Public Holidays - then we will dispatch it the same day.
Most customers receive their supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:

- Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
