Been using this for a week now. Taking it every morning before a fasted workout mixed with some BCAAs and must say I have the energy to smash out over an hour long workout! Definitely suppresses appetite, maybe a little too much as it caused me to bloat the first couple days and hurt my stomach a little, but now my body's adjusted to it and it feels great.Overall Quality
