Has worked wonders for me - lost about 30kgs. Pretty strong, heaps of energy. Mixed Berry is hard to take but New Coconut Lime is much easier to drink (doesn’t taste nice but bearable) and no horrible after taste. 100% recommended for people who want to loose weight bad and can put up with it. I was back for some OxyShred when I was recommended this product. The Staff at NW Wollongong advised that this product is stronger, and that I'll probably only need half a scoop (I'm not small either, just the advice I was given, one whole scoop for men). I mix 1/2 scoop of the Mixed Berry with 600mL of water each day, and then on training days I'll take another half scoop with the same amount of water. I feel like I could do my usual gym routine another 3 times when I take this, boundless energy, serves as my morning coffee and I can see small changes in the mirror after just 2 weeks. I'm very impressed! As a side note, I find it way too strong to drink with less water, and by adding more, you're ensuring that you stay hydrated during your workout whilst also reaching your water intake for the day. I tried the Coconut flavour in store and also liked it, I'll probably go with that flavour next time to change things up a little. And I thought Oxyshred was deadly ? Heck NO. A bad taste or not, it ain't that bad. It WORKS, and that's the main thing, first thing of my morning before my Functional Training for 45mins, its enhanced my training, my body changes are amazing, my performance is off the hook during workout, Boots my energy levels up, sweatin like a running tap cos I'm working out like a beast ! Was using Oxyshred for years now but noticed it wasn't working with my last lot - found out they've changed the formula. Switched to this and BOOM my mornings are happy again! I do not look forward to drinking this due to its nasty taste, however once consumed it gives me a massive boost of energy. I take it in the morning before work and it definitely wakes me up and keeps me going all day. Its good to take before sport or a workout, however I found taking it too late in the day affects ability to fall asleep. Berry flavour is awesome and easy to drink, unlike the other flavours. Love this stuff. On to my third container now. Drink it first thing 4.50am then off to my gym. This product seems to work well, especially for me the focus and mood enhancement particularly. The flavour doesn't taste anything like Passionfruit or close to it, and the overall flavour is not the greatest - I actually do not enjoy drinking it due to it's taste. Regardless about what the directions for usage are I find that I need to dilute the recommended portion size with double the amount of water to be able to drink it comfortably. It is far sweeter than I can handle. Thankfully the taste is not as bad as some of the others I have tried.
I tend to mix it in with a hydration powder with a similar flavour and find that seems to work well for continuous benefits whilst cycling.

Thermo works much better, but as an energy booster and hunger suppressant not so much !
A little bit light headed and nauseous when I work out but still very happy as I feel like my works outs are a little more intense.

Is somewhat a mix of soap, cough medicine and something else I can't work out how to describe (passion flavour). But just mix it up and skull it down. I take at 5am and train for 2hrs every morning without suffering a loss in intensity.

This is the first fat burner/appetite surpressant that is have tried and to be truely honest, the flavour I bought (peach mango) tasted horrendous and was very hard to finish. I used 1/2 a scoop with 300ml of water but I had a small piece of gum to get rid of the taste. Immediately as I got to the gym my energy levels were amazinggg! I was so shocked! I could work 2-3 times harder without feeling crazy exhausted burning twice the amount of calories therefore cutting my workouts to only 45 minutes compared to 2 hours. I originally bought this kinda as a preworkout to give me more energy compared to an appetite surpressant but it has been great at keeping me so full! I usually feel hungry right after having a long ass gym session but now I can save time and feel fuller for longer. Eating my lunch today was almost hard as I felt so full. This is some kinda voodoo magic formula and would totally purchase again, thanks to Springfield Nutrition Warehouse for recommending this! My husband and I were super excited to try this. I love OxyShred but chose to try step it up and try Anabolix Ripped and OMG Brooooo..it definitely pushed me past 1000 on day 1 BUT after day 4, my body and head just couldnt handle it. Dizzy spells here and there and what ever is in it, trigged my anxiety too much and left me quite messy a few days after. In other words, its too strong for me. Hubby loves it and will continue to use as he is getting great results with it. But as me, I will be going back to OxyShred. I am gutted it didn't work for me but happy that its working hubby. Definitely not for the faint hearted or light weight. Taste isn't that great but drinkable and if you want that push in your training sesh you will look past it. 3 stars from me but 5 stars from hubby.
