Coconut oil is a primary source of healthy plant based saturated fats, is packed with anti microbial benefits and is a nutrient rich oil. High in Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT’s), Coconut oil offers a stable fatty acid source that does not denature, with MCT’s only being stored and utilised as an energy providing muscle fuel, which also has beneficial properties for maintaining a healthy metabolism.

Directions
First mix 1 serving (50g) of powder with 100ml water and shake vigorously for 2 minutes until it gets frothy. In order to achieve a more creamy consistency use a beater in a bowl for 5 minutes. Then pour it into a plastic freezer container and freeze for 1.5 - 3 hours depending on how cold your freezer is. Take a spoon and enjoy. Consume within 10 days. Store in freezer.
