I found this supplement after doing my own research onto what ingredients I was looking for in a pre-workout. The ingredients and quantities involved are close to exact in what I was looking for. Yes, I'm a morning gym goer, and I take the supplement after my stir-fry vegetable based breakfast. While I am not a pre-workout supplement connoisseur, I have found this product has really given me a boost in gym workout, and I find I don't experience the 'caffeine crash' til evening, which is when I want it anyway. I don't drink coffee or other caffeinated products, but if you do, be caffeine-load conscious. IMPORTANT: If you gym at night, this may not be the product for you. If I gymmed at night, I would not be taking this product, as it would keep me up at night. So if you do, consider testing a quarter serving, then a half, then a full and see how you go. I've have alot of prework outs in my years and had alot of trial and errors, for the amount of positive reviews Jym had I thought it would be the best pre I've ever had but for me personally it wasn't it's all cracked up to be! Does give you a good pump without having to take extra citrulline malate because it has it in there but If your tolerance level is through the roof like mine you may be disappointed! Started off with one scoop but couldn't feel a thing so went to one and a half and started to get a bit more of a pre workout buzz!Overall Quality

All of JYM supplement since products are 10/10 they are a must have I cannot train without them. The mastermind behind these supplements Him self Dr Jim Stoppani’s has gone out his way to make sure ever dosage is correct there for you don't have to keep guessing.
If you are looking at building natural muscle over time than combined Pre JYM and Post JYM with his post Fast digest carbs before and after your workouts.
You will get insane pumps and clean energy the caffeine anhydrous he uses will not make you crash hard like other pre workouts. Just to mention as well Pre JYM has 26.5 grams of real science backed ingredients in each scoop this is a wake up call just alone most other pre workouts have 5g-15g per scoop.

I ordered a 3 month supply from the states last year as I was doing a stoppani training plan at the time.Overall Quality
Compared to all of the other pre's I've tried this one was very good and quite 'clean'. At the end of the day its a high caffeine / sugar drink with some other ingredients in there but to buy it all and mix it at these ratios is just too much f##king around so it is a good option .
