These pancakes full of “protein power” are a convenient pancake mix created by Body Ripped that delivers you a delicious snack packed with protein in order for you to obtain the muscle fuel you need at all times of the day or night. Consisting of a five-way protein mix, it’s very suitable for the hard gainer who wants a protein-rich breakfast that’s a light and great tasting muscle fuel full of fun.
You can serve it hot or cold; can be topped with your favourite fruits, ice cream and maple syrup if you want a higher-calorie treat.
What’s inside these pancakes?
These convenient snacks contain a diverse protein bland inclusive of whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate and calcium caseinate the represents a mullet-speed absorption range.
- WPI it is a pure form of whey protein important for muscle repair and energy production.
- WPC is a medium digesting protein with a fantastic amino acid blend.
- Calcium caseinate is also a very slow absorbing and gradually digesting protein that is used for faster metabolism.
This product is available at Nutrition Warehouse in a 100g sachet or a box of 10 sachets.

Directions
Mix 150 grams into 300ml of milk to smooth batter consistency. Allow the mixture to settle for two minutes. Pre-heat a pan to about 180 degress and grease slightly.
Pour the mix into the pan and cook the pancakes on either side for one to two minutes or until golden brown. One serving (150g sachet) should make approximately 6-10cm pancakes.

One pack makes at least 4-6+ decent sized and thick pancakes. They have an excellent flavour and texture, as good as traditional pancakes. Very filling and one pack can easily serve either two people or two separate servings.Overall Quality
