To make one serve, mix four level scoops with 500 ml of water.

For superior loading prior to competition, drink up to three serves per day for three days.

On actual competition day, consume one serve anywhere between two hours to 30 minutes before.

If the activity is over two hours in duration, drink half a serve (250 ml) each hour beyond the two hour point. A maximum of nine full serves per day should not be exceeded.

For recovery purposes, consume a single serve (500 ml) within four hours post exercise and one serve before bed.
