Nitraflex is a pre-training drink formula from German American Technologies (GAT) that helps fight fatigue, support energy levels and muscular performance. TRAINING DAYS: Day 1 - Begin by assessing your tolerance with half a serving of Nitraflex mixed with 180 - 240ml of cold water. Day 2 and beyond - Depending on tolerance, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of Nitraflex with 295ml of cold water and consume within 30 minutes before working out.
NON TRAINING DAYS: Take 1 serving (1 scoop) upon rising in the morning or before any physical activity. Do not take more than 1 serving in a single 24 hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.

Best pre workout I've ever used (I have used a lot). Big pumps, plenty of focus (I was in the zone), more reps and heavier weights. If u use just one pre workout this is it. GAT - it's the best and favourite work out I have taken besides C4.
