Mix 1 - 2 scoops in 250 - 300ml of water. Shake or stir for 5 - 10 seconds or until powder is dissolved. Best consumed before exercise. To test your tolerance start with half a serving. Delivery of orders under $150 is a flat rate of $9.95 anywhere in Australia.
When Will You Receive Your Order?
If you order is placed before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri - not including Public Holidays - then we will dispatch it the same day.
