I have made some great mass gains on this one. Minimal unwanted fat whilst getting heaps of lean muscle growth. The rich chocolate tastes delicious, however I would recommend mixing it in a blender as it tends to clump in a shaker, Great indredients though and great results. I love this stuff. It works for me, it's natural so it has a great effect in my stomach, and after effect. It tastes great, but I suggest mixing with coconut water, and add the powder to the coconut water.
