Delivery of orders under $150 is a flat rate of $9.95 anywhere in Australia.

If you order is placed before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri - not including Public Holidays - then we will dispatch it the same day.

I heard alot about Redcon1 and MRE was the first product I tried. My partner and I both use this product. We fit it into our macros such that he has 1 serve (3 scoops) and I have 3/4 serve post workout. I have tried the blueberry cobbler, banana bread and sweet potato pie, which all taste amazing (blueberry is the best). You could also use this product as a pre workout or as a mass gainer.
