not a massive coffee drinker so this worked quite well for me, it gave me the energy and stimulation that i needed without the itchiness or “tingles”, if your not a massive fan of that then this is good. as this product relies a lot on english walnut for the energy i wouldn’t recommend if your a coffee drinker as your tolerance will reduce the affects (Posted on 30/06/2021)Overall Quality - Amazing! I’ve had other high stimulant pre workouts before which worked wonders but wanted to try something different. I drink coffee most days, so I have a semi tolerance. Got beta blueberry flavour, delicious! Hit me fairly quickly, minimal tingles and shakes, got a great pump, was able to max reps and increase a lot of my exercise weights too.
