Was looking for something to give me more focus in the gym because I usually run out of steam after my big compound lifts. This does the trick! I mean it isn't just caffeine but the 4000 beta-alanine makes me wanna scratch my face off and the energy release is alright. I mean if you don't have any of the high-quality pre-workouts it's a good supplement while waiting but be warned not for everyone. I was recommended this by a NW staff member when I walked up to the register with my ON whey & their advanced pre-workout. I was told that ON pre-workout wasn’t as well reviewed as Anabolix and couple of other brands. After having tried both ON & Anabolix I don’t understand the hype... the energy levels during training weren’t of any significant improvement (compared to ON) for me, and wasn’t at all worth the itchy feeling across my whole body that Anabolix Load3d gives me right as it starts to kick in! I had heard of some people experiencing an itch with pre-workout, but wasn’t something I ever got using ON Gold Standard pre-workout. Now I understand it, and completely get why people would be turned off pre-workout after using this. I’ll finish my container, as I do enjoy the flavour and the result in energy while training is pretty good, but I won’t buy again.
