Inner Health Plus is a supplement from Ethical Nutrients is designed to improve the health of the digestive tract. It consists of probiotic microorganisms (Lactobacillus acidophilus and bifid bacteria) that are part of our intestinal flora, but due to bad lifestyle habits (stress, poor diet, frequent consumption of drugs such as antibiotics, etc.) tend to be in reduced form.

This brings several consequences:

1. Malabsorption of nutrients. Some nutrients like calcium, vitamin D, milk protein and lactose are better absorbed in an acidic environment such as provided by the probiotic intestinal bacteria.

2. Recurrent infections. This is because probiotics create a defence barrier preventing disease from bacteria that can colonise the gut.

Probiotic microorganisms are resistant to gastric acid. To maintain healthy intestinal flora or to enhance their effects, you can implement a diet rich in fibre and water.

Each capsule contains "25 billion good bacteria":

• Lactobacillus acidophilus organisms
• Bifidobacterium lactis organisms
• Colostrum powder

Take one capsule per day, which contributes 25 billion beneficial bacteria. This supplement can be consumed by adults and children over 5 years.

Inner Health Plus contains lactalbumin, rice maltodextrin, lactose and milk proteins. It is not recommended for use in children under 1 year. In this case, we recommend Inner Health Plus for Kids, which is a supplement with the same features but adapted for children.
