This is an amazing product, even when I'm up and going at 4am for work I find I can still last the day and train in the arvo at 4pm. I also have a physical job so to be able to work a 10hr day and train and be on the ball it's important for me. Really helps with focus and concentration too.Overall Quality
I've found that I don't hold as much water in my body anymore when used with a proper balanced diet and has helped with Cortisol levels greatly which is the main reason for using this product.
