I have tried different pre-workouts and they are usually sickeningly sweet and give me jitters! This one is great. I have passion fruit and it tastes pretty good. Take it before my gym classes and it definitely gives me more energy to push myself a bit harder. Makes you sweat. A LOT. Good product! I have only been using this product for a week, one level scoop in the morning before exercise or if I am not working out I still take it in conjunction with intermittent fasting, I have the passionfruit flavour, tastes great but a little on the sweet side.
