Mixing in Shaker: To mix place 2 scoops of HYDRO-ISO into Next Generation Supplements high quality, leak proof shaker and fill with approximately 200-250ml of Water (Milk can be used if desired). Close lid and shake for 5-10 seconds.
Mixing in Glass: To mix place 2 scoops of HYDRO-ISO into a glass and fill with approximately 200-250ml of Water or milk, and stir with spoon for 15 seconds.

If your order totals over $150, then you have the option of either Free ShippingOrGift!
Delivery of orders under $150 is a flat rate of $9.95 anywhere in Australia.
When Will You Receive Your Order?
If you order is placed before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri - not including Public Holidays - then we will dispatch it the same day.
Most customers receive their supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:
- You order before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri
- You use a payment method with instant clearance, like Paypal Instant Payment or Credit Card
- Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
- You are not in a remote location
Please note parcels going via Australia Post (PoBox, Defence Adresses) may take longer than 1-3 business days.
Parcels going to NT, and bulky parcels going to WA may take 5+ business days to arrive.
If your order weighs more than 5kg or is bulky: Heavy or bulky orders are sent via road freight which means that the estimated delivery time will be longer than orders sent via air freight.

It is very hard to find protein powders that truly are hydrolysed to a high degree. The ones that say they are 100% hydrolyzed are a con job. Its a fallacy in composition.They may only be hydrolyzed to 5% and the powder within the container marked as 100% hydrolyzed is actually hydrolyzed but only to a degree of 5% or less. Most of the big boys in the shops selling you this junk don't know the difference. To hydrolyze to a degree beyond 15-20% is inordantly expensive This is why this product such a rare find in value - quality and price. It is a hidden gem in the marketplace and in my humble opinion is easily one of the best high quality whey protein hydrolysate products I have ever used. Can't recommend it enough. I drink this all day every day - on its own and with meals. After workouts and before bed. Anytime!Overall Quality
I have used so many protein powders over the past 30 years from the best company's to relative unknown outfits, but I gotta say what Next Generation have done with this is phenomenal. This is one of the few powders that gives me no bloat, gas or tummy issues. With every other protein powder I consumed in the past few years, I had to take digestive enzymes with it, but this one is good to go as is.
