Take 5 grams (1 scoop) immediately after training to stop muscle breakdown and stimulate recovery. Take 5gm before bed to aid muscle recovery and growth while you sleep. For best results combine with MAX’S BCAA 10:1:1. Can be taken straight or mixed with a sports drink, juice or added to your protein shakes.

If your order totals over $150, then you have the option of either Free ShippingOrGift!
Delivery of orders under $150 is a flat rate of $9.95 anywhere in Australia.
When Will You Receive Your Order?
If you order is placed before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri - not including Public Holidays - then we will dispatch it the same day.
Most customers receive their supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:
- You order before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri
- You use a payment method with instant clearance, like Paypal Instant Payment or Credit Card
- Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
- You are not in a remote location
Please note parcels going via Australia Post (PoBox, Defence Adresses) may take longer than 1-3 business days.
