The carbohydrates in this rehydration formula from Endura work to restore energy whilst the magnesium content seeks to fight muscle cramping.

In order to achieve optimal hydration, this product contains calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium to restore the electrolytes lost in competition or training.

This product in an isotonic product, which translates to having a similar osmolality to body fluid and thus absorbing quickly. The micronutrients are therefore available to be utilised rapidly and can go to work assisting with rehydration and/or recovery.

Each single hit provides 375 kJ (90 cals) of energy.

For use during exercise (isotonic), take one scoop (25 g) with about 350 ml of water and mix it well. Drink up to two doses 30 minutes pre-exercise and then a single dose per each hour of exercise. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

For use in preparing for exercise (hypertonic) take one scoop (25 g) with 200 ml of water and mix it well. Drink up to three times per day and up to three days before an event.
