Collagen is one of the most abundant proteins in the body. This protein is an important component of the connective tissues, which makes up many parts of the body, including skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments.
In the skin, collagen makes up about 75% of the skin weight. As we age, collagen production naturally decreases, which may lead to skin dehydration and wrinkles. Adding Collagen Regenerate by Body Science BSc can help with skin hydration, which may result in the reduction of wrinkles.

Collagen Regenerate by Body Science BSc also contains vitamin C, which is a water-soluble vitamin that helps to stimulate collagen synthesis. The combination of collagen and vitamin C will support connective tissue as well as skin health.
Several foods contain collagen, including animal foods and bone broth. However, collagen supplement may be absorbed more efficiently as it’s already broken down when compared to food.
