Training at a gym where no chalk is allowed, and the bars are worn out, lifting heavy with sweaty hands can cause an issue.Overall Quality
Was a bit skeptical first with this product but as soon as I applied it, it goes ice cold on your hands and dries in a matter of seconds. I sweat enough to cause a flood, but with this liquid chalk it was the first time I had lifted without having to dry my hands a thousand times and have the barbell slip between reps.
It dries completely clear and leaves no mess at all on any items you touch. Must have for any gym goer who refuses to wear gloves ;)
