This protein custard from GenTec contains high amounts of BCAAs and L-glutamine precursors. It has an ideal amino acid profile for anyone with the goals of increasing lean muscle mass and improving recovery.
This premium and slowly digesting protein is ideal for consuming prior to episodes of fasting (like sleep) as it digests over a considerably slower time frame to many other protein varieties.
It's fortified with colostrum with a minimum of 35 percent "immunoglobulin-g". It has been discovered that colostrum offers a wide spectrum of health benefits for adults ranging from immunity support and digestive support.

I keep a few flavours and when I have visitors I just make it thicker and alternate layers in a fancy glass, with whatever I have in the house, from nuts, berries, crumble protein bars, banana etc and omg, it not only looks amazzzzzzing but tastes even better ! I bought this hoping I'd find a healthy dessert that was also sweet enough it would hit the spot.. well it did just that! Popped it in a shaker and it was ready in less than 2 minutes. I agree, you need a blender to get the consistency of a custard without the lumps. I love the banana custard which I sometimes add cocoa powder to, for variety. I've just ordered Choc Honeycomb but have tried Choc Hazelnut and Coffee Tiramisu in store and both were divine too! The mixability of this product is very overstated, but apart from that, it's incredibly delicious.
I recommend buying plain chocolate flavour and then blending it up with hazelnuts, cinnamon, or peppermint essence - or sprinkling some coconut flakes on top.
