The first time I tried it I used a whole recommended dose and it lasted for ages.Overall Quality
I didn't get a crazy spike, but more of a level-raiser of energy and focus for the whole day and into the night.
The flavours I've tried taste pretty good. My only issue is it's a bit grainy and doesn't fully dissolve, so your last swig is a bit sandy.
Going to dial back to half a recommended dose and see how that goes.

This stuff is awesome!!! I can’t believe how crazy good it tastes too! For something or this caliber usually they taste pretty funky !! As a busy fulltime working dad the only time i can work out is early morning when kids still asleep. I was finding it very hard to get up early and have the energy to train. **Only thing that I have found is I'm getting the tingling feeling on my arms and face for around 10-30 minutes after drinking it. Once I start to pump it out it goes away. Another thing is that it does cause my stomach to bloat for a bit.

I take this 30 minutes before workout. The one I have tastes like sour lollies, mixing with a bit of boiling water first to dissolve really helps once you add the rest of the water in.
