Please read the entire directions before consuming & follow the tolerance assessment protocol. Assess your tolerance first by mixing 1/2 serving (1/2 scoop) or less with 400ml of cold water and consume it about 30 minutes prior to exercise on training days. Once tolerance has been assessed, increase dosage to 1 serve (1 scoop) in 800ml of cold water before working out. Maintain and adequate state of hydration during use.
