APS BCAA 8:1:1 provides the branched chain amino acids (BCAA's) Leucine, Isoleucine and valine in a ratio of 8 parts leucine 1 part each isoleucine and valine.
The branched chain amino acids form part of the essential amino acids, termed "essential" as they need to be obtained by the diet as they cannot be synthesised by the body. The BCAA's are abundant in muscle tissue making them an important part of any supplement program.
APS BCAA 8:1:1 is Leucine dominant as it is critical for protein synthesis and thus muscle growth. Leucine is depleted during intense training so adequate intake is essential to building muscle and recovery. Isoleucine and valine support energy production during training.
APS BCAA 8:1:1 will improve recovery, assist energy to working muscle and support lean muscle gains.

When Will You Receive Your Order?
If you order is placed before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri - not including Public Holidays - then we will dispatch it the same day.
Most customers receive their supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:
- You order before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri
- You use a payment method with instant clearance, like Paypal Instant Payment or Credit Card
- Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
- You are not in a remote location
Please note parcels going via Australia Post (PoBox, Defence Adresses) may take longer than 1-3 business days.
Parcels going to NT, and bulky parcels going to WA may take 5+ business days to arrive.
