I've always loved a tasty protein shake after a workout. I would blend them with almond milk, go ham and consider it a 'treat' for all my hard work back at the gym. The Amino Switch is the best when it comes to during and post workout supplementation. Over the last 8 weeks, I've felt a major difference in muscle recovery and strength in comparison to having BCAAs by other brands. With a high dose of protein it's my go to for post weight training. It stacks so well with pre workout and Adrenal Switch post workout. Recovery is so much better on Amino Switch and I’ve also noticed more efficient muscle building compared to when not using and following the same meal and training plans.
