L-Leucine: One of the the branched chain amino acids, leucine has the unique potential to stimulate skeletal muscle protein synthesis. Leucine is an important component in any pre-workout supplement to increase protein synthesis. 

L-Isoleucine: L-isoleucine is a branched-chain essential aminoacid. It is the fourth most concentrated amino acid in the muscle tissue. L-isoleucine is especially beneficial in regulating blood sugar levels and producing haemoglobin. It is crucial for muscle recovery after exercise and also participates in the energy production. Isolecuine is well utilized by the muscle tissue for energy release. 

L-Valine: It is a type of protein synthesizing, branched chain aminoacid. It is often used by the body in the process of repairing and strengthening muscles. Important for supplying energy to muscles and effective appetite suppressant; essential for muscle tissue repair and muscle metabolism, increase exercise endurance; promote muscle growth; required for people involved in bodybuilding.

Betaine: Betaine is derived from the amino acid glycine. Betaine increases the water-retaining capacity of the cells and prevents dehydration. It reduces inflammation and improves performance by helping the functions of the heart. Betaine also acts as a methyl donor which is used to make creatine in skeletal muscles.
