The Alpha-BCAA matrix contains a three leucine complex (instantised L- leucine, leucine nitrate and leucine peptides) in addition to micronised L-leucine and L-valine. 

• Instantised L- Leucine: One among the branched-chain aminoacids leucine, is used by fat tissues, muscle tissues and the liver. Leucine is also an anabolic aminoacid because it helps in protein synthesis in the muscles. Studies reveal that a combination of leucine along with resistance training helps to skeletal muscle protein. Leucine is an ideal component in any pre-workout or muscle-building supplement that help in maintaining protein balance. 
• Leucine nitrate: The anabolic aminoacid Leucine is bonded with Nitrate ( nitric oxide). This helps in muscle pump and helpful to improve endurance. Leucine nitrate is the best ingredient to be used in any hydration supplement because it is highly soluble in water. Leucine nitrate participates indirectly in the release of nitricoxide which is a powerful vasodilator. It opens up the blood bessels and helps in increased supply of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues. This improves performance, as well as rapid recovery of muscle fatigue during and after work out.
