Well first off, I bought this for my partner who works an extremely physical job, due to long/split shifts he had no energy/desire to eat and could never maintain a diet that sustained the amount of energy he was expending, his metabolism didn't allow for muscle gain or a weight to be maintained. Max's. Been around for over 30 year's and just getting better with age. This stuff tastes great, hit's my (excessively) high calorie intake target and, strangely for a Mass Gainer, can and want to still eat shortly after taking, as opposed to other, better marketed gainers which shall not be named that leave you feeling bloated and yuck for hours.
