WPI is a premium whey protein source and is known for its high Branched Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) profile, its speed of digestion and its ease of digestion as well. WPI provides a maximised dosage of BCAA’s to ensure muscle protein synthesis is optimised and poses little to no gastric stress in users.
Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC)
WPC is a first phase whey protein source, whereby the filtration process to achieve a WPC is minimal. In doing so, WPC yields a high percentage of natural healthy bacteria, as well as IGF 1 and 2 factors, which positions it in the market as the premium food source protein. WPC is moderate in digestive speed, is creamy in texture, contains a high percentage of BCAA’s and is used abundantly throughout the food and supplement industry

SHAKE - Pour 180 - 220ml of cold water, non fat milk or other preferred beverage in a shaker cup and add 1 level scoop. Cover and shake for 10 - 15 seconds.
BLEND - Fill a blender with 180ml of water, non fat milk or or your favourite beverage along with 1 to 2 ice cubes. Then add 1 level scoop and blend for 10 - 15 seconds.
STIR - 100% Giant Whey mixes instantly when stirred with a spoon. Just fill a glass with approximately 180 - 200ml of water or your favourite beverage and add 1 level scoop. Stir with a spoon for 10 - 15 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved.
Whey and other milk proteins can be used in the morning, before workouts, after workouts, in the evening or any time of day. Drink 1 - 4 servings per day depending on your personal protein requirements.
