This product is available from Nutrition Warehouse in a 100g size option. Add two grams (3/4 level scoop) to 250ml of water or chosen beverage. Consume one serve 15 minutes before exercise and one serve 15 minutes post training. On non training days consume one serve daily in 250ml of water or juice.
