Honestly I bought it 4 hrs ago and now exercising with it. Believe me its so damn awesome. I'm doing exactly 3 times more and without a hint of tiredness. My inside feels like laughing. Its 14 degrees celcius outside and I'm sweating inside my house like its 42. Very impressive thermogenic effect, feeling heat from head to the tip of toes. Wasn't impressed when I bought because I couldn't find any online website or good advertisement of this product but now feels it doesn't need any. It is too good.
