It is really flexible when it comes to using it for workouts.
I use it as either pre, post or sometimes both.
I really like how it has the fat burners in it, definitely makes it stand out more.

I'm loving Genetix Lipo Fyre!! It's so easy, mixes well, I feel satisfied but not bloated. I know weight loss isn't about the speed but I find fat is melting off me with Lipo Fyre compared to the other protein powders I've tried and I definitely have more energy.
