Amazing results using keto switch. I've been Intermittant Fasting for 4 weeks now.Overall Quality
This product makes the fasting peroid so much easier.
At first I wasn't using any supplements during my fast and I was getting headaches, light headedness and sick stomach from hunger.
I only need half a serve, first thing in the morning and it suppresses my appetite and kicks the cravings. I'm easily able to go until 12pm on my 16:8 schedule.

I am doing the 60 day body challenge and this is by far my favourite and most needed supplement. What I noticed most from taking this supplement was how much it reduced my cravings. I had to set timers to remind myself to eat. I take it 6/7 days of the week and have found all flavours so far very easy to drink apart from Lychee (I had to add a lot more water to it to reduce the sweetness).
