I've been taking Keto for 6 weeks and are amazed by my results, I've been doing intermittent fasting while taking it. It's definitely helping control my hunger between meals, its helped my inflammation in my knee so much I can't believe it. My problem area is my stomach and its helped so much to increase my fat burning that I've lost a lot of cms around stomach and waist.
